Programma

We starten met een korte ontspanningsoefening waarbij we lichaamsbewustzijn en ademhalingsoefeningen zullen beoefenen van de eeuwenoude Raja Yoga zodat je tot rust en ontspanning kan komen vanuit de hectiek van het dagelijkse leven. Daardoor kan je de Shamballa healing optimaal ontvangen.

De 2 Shamballa healings – Zuivering energieveld & Aartsengelen van Atlantis – zullen op afstand worden verstuurd naar alle deelnemers

1. Een Gouden Straal van Shamballa healing: gehele zuivering van je energieveld. Het zuiveren van jouw energieveld is belangrijk in deze tijd waarin je met veel prikkels en energieën van buitenaf wordt geconfronteerd. Het helpt je om in je eigen energie te blijven.

2. Aartsengelen van Atlantis: de krachtige Engelen healing die je mag ontvangen is voor het hoogste goed op dit moment.

We eindigen tenslotte met een korte ademhalingsoefening, concentratie en meditatie beoefening.

Program

We start with a short relaxation exercise in which we will practice body awareness and breathing exercises from the ancient Raja Yoga so that you can relax and unwind from the hectic pace of daily life. Therefore you can receive the Shamballa healing in an optimal way.

The Two Shamballa healings – Energy Field Clearing/Purification & Archangels of Atlantis – will be send remotely to all participants.

1. A Golden Ray of Shamballa healing: complete purification of your energy field. Purifying your energy field is important in this time in which you are confronted with many stimuli and energies from outside. It helps you to stay in your own energy.

2. Archangels of Atlantis: the powerful Angel healing that you may receive is for the highest good at this time

Finally, we end with a short breathing exercise, concentration and meditation practice.
